Update FlowVR examples README

Executables path has changed to: build/FLOWVR_PLUGIN/src/FLOWVR_PLUGIN_pkg-build/examples

And cmake flags -DBUILD_TESTING=ON -DBUILD_FLOWVR_TESTING=ON are required to build flowvr examples

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
