Add a fortran and C test

Current test 2 is checking that: one metadata is correctly exposed and a file can be created. (restricted to hdf5 plug-in) This is done by exporting a file with a metadata value in its name and checking that the file exist.

Should be improved to test automatically for all plug-ins.
