Corentin Roussel requested to merge feature--PDI--Sparse_and_Dense_3_functions into master

Adding 3 functions for :

  • copying data (having two similar PDI_datatype but whether or not the data is sparse)
  • create dense type
  • check if array is dense.

This is the internal modification suggested in #18 (closed) A soon as this is working and accepted I will add those features into the Utilities plug-in. Before that, please tell me if this is approximately what is expected. Any remark is appreciated :)
