Update--PDI/HDF5--Changing plug-in name and adding options to CMake

Corentin Roussel requested to merge Update--PDI_HDF5--options_and_plugin_name into master

Change the name of the HDF5 plug-in and add some options to select the plug-ins that are built in CMakeList.txt.

This merge request is mostly to check that jenkins is still happy with those changes.
